At Ride By Gene, I understand that to offer top-of-the-shelf ride & delivery services, communication is of paramount importance. And that's why I love to proactively engage my clients.

When you book my ride share & pickup service, I make sure to call you a day prior to pick-up to confirm and check in. If you have any trouble with the schedule, I am always ready to listen to your feedback and accommodate you appropriately. If a reschedule is not possible, I'm polite enough to let you know.

I also call again ten minutes before the ride to know your status. I am always patient to wait for my customers, even when they are late, and I will never leave without my clients unless there is a concrete reason or they greenlight me to do so.

More importantly, I arrive at pick-up locations some minutes prior to the undertaking, so I can prepare before my clients arrive. If there are any amenities you may require as you travel, just let me know, and you'll find everything ready. And when you hire me, I never stop until you're satisfied with my services.
